PLUMMER, RUSSELL & PLUMMER, PLLC  is a well-established law firm with over (75) seventy-five years combined experience practicing in a variety of legal subject matters, including but not limited to the following: personal injury, workers compensation, family law, criminal defense, general civil litigation, and wills and estates administration.

Our firm's attorneys---Franklin R. Plummer, Vernon A. Russell, & Joseph H. Plummer--- are intimately connected to the local community having grown up in Cabarrus County and serving on numerous civic and charitable organizations.  Our office chooses not to participate in slick marketing tactics such as television commercials and direct mail advertisement/solicitation of legal services, which many lawyers utilize to attract clientele.  The large majority of our clientele comprises of referrals from fellow attorneys, business people in the community, and our loyal, long-standing clients and friends. We feel that much time, attention, and care must be dedicated to each case and client so the best possible legal representation may be provided. Most evenings after a busy day full of court appearances and office appointments, our attorneys return clients' phone messages to address any questions or concerns our knowledgeable and friendly staff could not completely answer earlier in the day.  

We boast much trial experience and advocate passionately for our clients at trial should good faith negotiations to resolve disputes with the other party ultimately be unsuccessful. Our extensive trial experience includes a not-guilty jury acquittal of serious offenses such as:  first-degree murder, trafficking drugs, rape/sex offenses, DWI, Habitual Felons etc. In Civil Court we have successfully litigated and settled a large number of domestic, personal injury, and worker's compensation claims involving substantial sums of money which have created financial compensation and security for our injured clients.  

PLUMMER, RUSSELL, & PLUMMER, PLLC is conveniently located in downtown Concord, the county seat, just a very short walk from the Cabarrus County Courthouse.  A large county-owned parking lot, open and free to the public, is located directly adjacent to our office.  We have five full-time legal assistants/secretaries to address our clients' needs, three of whom are completely bilingual (Spanish-English).  Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
